The Apostolate of the Sea of Latin America and the Caribbean organized a workshop in the port of Progreso (Yucatan) in Mexico and had the participation of 20 people (priests, deacons and laity committed to the Apostolate of the sea).
The delegate of Barcelona, Ricard Rodríguez-Martos, was invited to give part of the issues that were developed.
